- Experience in restaurant management, preferably in a café restaurant chain.
- Exceptional knowledge of food and beverage operations, including kitchen management and cost control.

- SPM, Diploma or Degree in any field.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for coffee.
- Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food handling.
